Miranda Technologies Inc. (TSX: MT), a worldwide provider of infrastructure, playout and monitoring systems for the broadcast and cable/satellite/IPTV industries, today announced that Luc St-Georges has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. With over 40 percent of Miranda’s employees reporting to him, Mr. St-Georges will assume responsibility of Miranda’s day-to-day operations from order booking to product support.

He also led the integration of all external manufacturing into Miranda’s Montreal operations.”

“With these growing responsibilities and an excellent track record, it is a natural transition for Luc to move into this leadership role,” highlighted Mr. Goodship. “As the Company carries out its growth initiatives, Luc will be central in ensuring Miranda is best positioned to capitalize on the opportunities ahead.”
