General Information
A release corresponds to a set of functionality of the DVI-Ramp and includes the documentation (release notes) and associated firmware (internal software of the product). The firmware of your product can be updated on site (called live-update). The live-update packages can be obtained through the technical support.Each release has a version number that specifies to which hardware version of the DVI-Ramp it applies. The most significant digit of a release version number MUST match the most significant version number of the hardware. For example, releases 300 and 350 can be applied to hardware version 3.xx. The hardware and firmware versions as well as the serial number of your unit can be obtained through the DVI-Ramp_info utility. Releases for hardware 3.20
